Women’s Voices
Promoting women experts and giving visibility to underrepresented voices across disciplines, cultures, and generations — challenging dominant narratives in AI.
WomenAizerWomenAizer is a podcast and media initiative dedicated to highlighting the voices, stories, and impact of women working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and fundamental rights. By bridging cutting-edge scholarship with accessible, inspiring conversations, we amplify women shaping critical debates on AI, law, and governance.
Founded in 2023 by Dr. Frédérique Boulanger, Doctor of Law and Data Protection Officer, and Yamina Bouadi, PhD candidate in Law, WomenAizer was created to open a sustained public conversation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, fundamental rights, and gender equality.
Our mission is to highlight the contributions of women legal researchers working on AI and fundamental rights, while fostering international discussions on the ethical challenges of emerging technologies.
We believe that how innovation and rights move forward together is one of the defining questions of our time — and that the voices best placed to answer it are too rarely heard.

Our approach is intentionally interdisciplinary — bringing together diverse perspectives and examining how discipline-specific issues of AI intersect with the protection of fundamental rights.
WomenAizer features interviews with women experts in artificial intelligence, law, and emerging technologies, hosted by Frédérique Boulanger and Yamina Bouadi. Every conversation is designed to be accessible without sacrificing rigour, so that the ideas reach as wide an audience as possible.
Available on Ausha, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, and Podcast Addict. Overcast is coming soon.

Yamina is a doctoral researcher at the Universities of Saarland and Strasbourg, where she studies the impact of Machine Learning-based law enforcement on human rights — with a particular focus on data protection. Her work sits at the intersection of criminal law and emerging technologies, and WomenAizer grew from her conviction that these questions deserve a wider public audience.
